Female PE Teacher Required for Leicester School

I have just received a call from a Secondary School in Leicester looking for a Female PE Teacher to do a long term supply assignment starting in September.

This assignment is within an inner city school and is a fantastic opportunity for an NQT or a Qualified Teacher. The school is a co-educational, comprehensive foundation school for pupils aged between 11 - 18 years. The school is over-subscribed; its roll is growing and now stands at 1224.

I am looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and diverse individual who has the ability to build relationships with pupils and staff. Someone who has a passion to teach and develop childrens’ minds with excellent classroom management.

The Derby based Secondary school is a Mixed school of Non Denominational religion. They pride themselves on having a positive, well resourced working environment. The school has a record of good GCSE results.

The right candidate for the role must have the relevant teaching experience as well as  the ability to build as rapport and relationships with the pupils and other teaching staff. You must also be punctual and reliable, with a passion for educating children. Ideally, you must have a PGCE or equivalent and previous Chemistry teaching experience, although we will consider applicants with good working experience.
