A Special Needs School in Staffordshire is in need of a teacher who has previously worked with children who have Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. The candidate needs to be a strong character, not physically but in mind to deal with these children. You must have a caring and supporting approach. The teacher must use their own initiative and get very involved in the children’s day to day learning whilst at the school. The job can be very challenging but very rewarding also.
